This is surely the best small hotel, pleasant and welcoming staff, modern rooms. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a fridge and a king size bed, as example and care about everyone. The location is particularly good and amazing, it is walk from a gallery and a Royal palace. The lovely restaurant is a nice plus. When I am in Madrid, I like staying here.

Bright and spacious rooms, bordering on the swanky, with deluxe options available. Very friendly and helpful staff, with good English. Unbeatable location in the city center, close to restaurants, clubs, and bars.
Potential for street noise if your room faces the street. Small sign makes it slightly difficult to find the hostel.

I had a fantastic stay at this place, the room was spacious, had good WiFi, and a balcony, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with nice design. com. Great location near Plaza Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol. Welcome candy and charming old-style elevator.

I recently stayed at a charming accommodation in Spain that really exceeded my expectations. Hostal Madrid Star offered fantastic amenities, including coffee making facilities in the room - a rarity in most places! The room itself was cozy yet spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and I was so pleased with the fast and reliable wifi. The location of the hostal was also very convenient, situated close to the vibrant Puerta del Sol. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, even assisting me promptly when I had a lost item. I must also mention the incredible elevator, a beautiful piece of history right in the entrance.
All was perfect! 🙌

The central location of this hotel was a major advantage. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The staff were also a highlight of my experience, with Juan Baro being particularly kind and helpful. The facilities were also satisfactory, providing everything I needed for my stay.
One major drawback of this hotel was the noise. If you are a light sleeper, it may be best to avoid a room facing the street, as the noise from nearby bars and restaurants can be quite disruptive.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a balcony and blinds. The location was incredible and wonderful in a very local area, close enough to great restaurants, metro and Puerta del Sol, and bars and the plaza.

The location here is fantastic, close to many leisure spots like bars and restaurants, which we absolutely loved.
